The training activity highlighted the value of student mobility, offering opportunities to grow academically and personally. Discussions addressed topics such as inclusive mobility for students with disabilities, emphasising tailored support, and pre-departure preparations for learners. Partners also shared success stories, such as students gaining inspiration for future careers.Challenges like communication, long-term mobility logistics, and Balkan schools’ readiness were addressed, with solutions including more in-person meetings and better planning. Partners reflected on improving quality standards, intercultural preparation, and alignment with EU requirements.
The training concluded with inspiring student testimonies and valuable reflections to enhance future mobility projects.
